With respect to Fourme d'Ambert blue cheese -- IMHO, the best blue cheese in the world and reasonably priced, at least at the Cheese Shop. But, did you know that this type of cheese may have already been made at the time of Druids and the Gauls ? And I leave the actual date off for you cheese lovers to checkout the date -- you will not believe the "legend" date for the first making of this cheese. And no, it has not been aged that long, LOL ...
