NEW CHEESE

Saint Andre - France - $22.00 / LB. What's so new about Saint Andre? This one is cut to order. Imagine an entire 4 pound wheel of the soft ripened, amazingly rich triple cream. The larger wheel allows the creamy center to develop in a way the petit Andres' cannot. If you've never tasted Saint Andre stop in and give it a try. Made from fresh cow’s milk and enriched with pure cream. Bloomy white edible rind, soft creamy center. Its flavor is rich and buttery This sinful treat is perfectly paired with a dry champagne.

Halloumi - Greece - $13.50 / Each. Halloumi is the traditional cheese from Cyprus, and is one of the only cheeses in the world that does not melt when heated. Cut into half inch slices, fry in a small amount of butter until golden on each side and serve with eggs and toast for a Cypriot-style breakfast. Or cube, place on skewers, and grill until golden on all sides. - Opa!

Point Reyes Farmstead Original Blue - California - $24.00 / LB. Creamy with an elusive, salty flavor that is attributed to the coastal fog and briny breezes flushing around the pastureland from Tomales Bay. Aged for at least six months, giving the cheese plenty of time to develop its sea-blue veins and deep, luscious flavor.
