The Loaded Lamb
From Sardinia this aged sheep’s milk cheese is bathed in the most famed and loved Italian red wine -Amarone. The lush dark full flavoured wine influences the Loaded Lamb immensely and the taste is evident throughout the strong, dry cheese.
