Lunch Envy

Organic greens, fresh strawberries, turkey and Les Freres (pronounced lay frair) washed rind cheese - which is the closest thing you can get to Reblochon in this country - drizzled with homemade balsamic dressing.  The strawberries are perfectly ripe and sweet and a delicious contrast to the soft, creamy, sour-in-a-good-way Les Freres Cheese.
