FEATURED CHEESE

Barely Buzzed
Tasting Notes:  From the Beehive Cheese Co. in Utah – Medium-bodied with a nutty flavour and smooth texture. Hand rubbed w/ a Turkish grind of artisan espresso and French lavender. The rub imparts notes of butterscotch, caramel and floral that are prevalent at the rind but tasted throughout the entire cheese.
